Best vegetarian dish for summer!
Ingredients
1 pack of tofu
1 jar Trang Hue soy dipping sauce
250g dried vermicelli noodles
1 carrot pickled
1 cucumber
½ oak lettuce
250g bean sprouts
bunch coriander
4 tbsp crushed peanuts
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp of lime or lemon juice
Noodle bowl
Directions
Air fry tofu (slice tofu in half then cook for 5’ minutes at 200’C oven until golden)
Slice tofu in thin pieces, then cook with 60 ml Trang hue soy dipping sauce until caramel
Slice lettuce and cucumber finely
Put lettuce, cucumber, bean sprout and noodles on top
Put the caramel tofu , carrot, coriander and peanuts.
Serve with soy dipping sauce.
